Are Pacifica products 100% vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! We are proud to be 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients, nor do we test our products or ingredients on animals.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can follow your package's journey to your door.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return gently used products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping options to more countries in the near future.

Are your product containers recyclable?

Sustainability is at our core. Many of our glass and plastic components are recyclable. We also partner with programs like TerraCycle to ensure hard-to-recycle items stay out of landfills.
